St. Luke’s Stephenville pantry serves 500/month
The Food Pantry of St Luke’s Episcopal Church in Stephenville has been operating out of “the Corner House” adjacent to the church for 10 years. During the pandemic, distribution was switched to drive-through to protect clients and volunteers. Currently the Food Pantry distributes food and cleaning supplies to 500 people a month. JUNE 18, 2022: The Episcopal Church in North Texas, (ECNTX) formerly the Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth, today voted overwhelmingly to reunite with the Episcopal Diocese of Texas (EDOT). The vote was the sole business of a Special Meeting of Diocesan Convention at Trinity Episcopal Church, Fort Worth. The vote for reuniting was 69 to 0. The vestry of St. Christopher Fort Worth has announced that they have called the Rev. Paula K. Jefferson to be their Priest-in-Charge, She will begin August 1, 2022.
