The Circle of Clergy, in which several Episcopal clergy are participating, is having an Interfaith Prayer Vigil for Justice and Peace today, December 15, noon to 1 pm at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 2951 Evans Ave., Fort Worth.
The Circle of Clergy is an interfaith collaboration working for racial justice and unity in Fort Worth.
“Last night the judge did sequester the jury at 7PM and called for them to reconvene in deliberation this morning. Tensions and anxieties are high. Now more than ever we need this time to come together in prayer. Please make every effort to attend and encourage your communities to join us as well.”
