Faith in Action, where we go from here. . ., a prayer meeting and public forum on justice and accountability in our community, will be at 6 pm Thursday, October 24, 2019, at Baker AME Church, 1050 E. Humbolt Street, Fort Worth, TX, 76104.
Speakers will include City Councilwoman Kelly Allen Gray, District 8; Daryl Hill, Jr., representing Congressman Mark Veasey ; Bob Ray Sanders, co-chair of thbe Fort Worth Race & Culture Task Force, and Judge Lisa Woodard, Justice of the Peace, Precinct 8, Fort Worth. The Rev. Dr. Melvin D. Wilson, Jr., is pastor of Baker Chapel AME Church.
Organizers are Tarrant Churches Together and Broadway Baptist Church. The event is free and open to the public.
