4 Saints Food Pantry awarded grant

The 4 Saints Food Pantry, a start-up ministry conducted by the four parishes of the Fort Worth East Deanery, has been awarded a $20,000 Mission Enterprise Zone Grant from The Episcopal Church. The Diocesan Mission and Outreach Committee has announced the allocation of grants for 2016 to help with programs that aid the homeless, care for orphans, provide medical care for lepers, feed the hungry, encourage literacy, and much more. On Sunday, October 2, St. Luke’s in the Meadow, Fort Worth, held Church in the Park with a service in the Pavilion at Oakland Lake Park in east Fort Worth.
