After a long battle with cancer Jeph Abara, beloved member of St. Alban’s, Theatre Arlington, died December 27, 2016. A life-long runner, Abara in his later years organized races benefiting charities throughout Fort Worth and Arlington. The Rev. In addition to all the regular Sunday worship services, three congregations welcomed new clergy, the Episcopal Church of Hamilton County held an Open House, and the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Granbury hosted a Hymn Fest of Traditional Christian Hymns. St. Alban’s Episcopal Church, Arlington, has hired the Rev. Norma Barr as an interim priest. Her first Sunday was October 5, 2014. She will serve until they have a permanent priest-in-charge. Barr was born and raised in Dunfermline, Scotland. She went to college in Edinburgh, Scotland. She has two children, Mhairi-Anne and Greg.
