Gingerbread housing development at St. Christopher
The St. Mary Chapter of the Junior Daughters of the King (JDOK) sponsored a gingerbread house making event on Sunday, December 9, immediately after St. Christopher’s 10:30 am service. Members of St. Elizabeth Chapter of DOK and other members of the parish provided candy, cereals, and other decorations for these buildings. There were 12 houses with seven children and five adults doing the design work. A pizza lunch was provided so no one would have to work hungry. Everyone had fun — and despite…

Episcopal Relief & Development Launches $760,000 Holiday Matching Gift Challenge
Episcopal Relief & Development is holding its annual Holiday Matching Gift Challenge. Through the end of December, Episcopalians, friends and other supporters have the opportunity to double their donations by participating in this special fundraising opportunity. A group of extremely generous donors will match all donations dollar-for-dollar up to $760,000 until December 31. Episcopalians take on the Parade of Lights
Three congregations participated in the XTO Parade of Lights in downtown Fort Worth on Sunday, November 19, 2017. St. Luke’s in the Meadow, St. Christopher, and the Episcopal Church in Parker County marched in the festive parade watched by hundreds of local residents. Christmas Concert set for Dec. 13 at All Saints’
All Saints’ Episcopal Church in Fort Worth offers a Concert of Christmas Music on Sunday, December 13 from The program will feature harpist Yumiko Endo Schlaffer, Dallas Symphony violinist Andrew Schast, and All Saints’ organist and choirmaster Frederick Grimes playing with the All Saints’ Choir and a chamber orchestra.
