Registration dates & fees for the 2014 Diocesan Convention

The 2014 Diocesan Convention will be held in Arlington, Texas, on November 14-15, 2014 at Globe Life Park in Arlington.

The deadline for registration of lay and clerical delegates, alternates, and visitors is October 14, 2014.  After that date, registrants will incur late charges.

Registration on or before October 14, 2014, is $50 for one day and $80 for both days. Registration after October 14, 2014 is $60 for one day and $95 for both days.

Congregations will coordinate registration of their delegates, alternates and clergy through the diocesan office, not online. The diocesan office will send a registration packet and instructions to each congregation. If you are a congregation’s delegate or alternate, your congregation will complete registration and payment for you. If you have a question about this, please contact the diocesan office.

Visitors and non-parochial clergy will register online here.

Exhibitors will register online. Non-profits will be charged $40 per table; for-profit organizations will be charged $65 per table. Exhibitor registration is on a first-come, first served basis.
