St. Martin-in-the-Fields Episcopal Church Celebrates its First Festival-in-the-Fields
On Saturday, Sept. 29 from 10 am to 4 pm, St. Martin-in-the-Fields will host a neighborhood festival open to the public. The church is extending an invitation to all surrounding neighbors as a chance to introduce itself. Texas Supreme Court sets date to hear oral arguments
The Texas Supreme Court has set October 16, 2012, as the date to hear oral arguments in the direct appeal by the breakaway defendants of the trial court ruling in the property litigation by the Episcopal Parties, first filed in April 2009. Arguments will begin at 9:00 a.m. and each side will be allotted 20 minutes. This is the same date the Court set previously to hear a similar case involving a church in San Angelo.
