On Tuesday, July 1, The Episcopal Church Office of Finance issued a mid-year updated report on diocesan commitments. In the report, N. The Executive Council of the diocese met Saturday, May 17, 2014, at St. Luke in the Meadow Episcopal Church, Fort Worth. The council passed bylaws for the council, a policy on Safeguarding programs, a policy on background checks, and an employee’s handbook for diocesan staff. The Rt. Rev. Rayford B. High, Jr., visited the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, Granbury, on Sunday, June 29, 2014. The 2014 Diocesan Convention will be held in Arlington, Texas, on November 14-15, 2014 at Globe Life Park in Arlington. The deadline for registration of lay and clerical delegates, alternates, and visitors is October 14, 2014. After that date, registrants will incur late charges. Registration on or before October 14, 2014, is $50 for one day and $80 for both days. Registration after October 14, 2014 is $60 for one day and $95 for both days.
