8:30 a.m. – Staff and volunteers arrive to set-up

10:30 a.m. – Registration and hospitality (Exhibits open)

11:00 a.m.  – Rehearsal for worship

12:00 p.m. – Lunch on your own

1:00 p.m. – Holy Eucharist

2:45 p.m. – Break (Exhibits are open)

3:15 p.m. – Business session

5:15 p.m. – Bishops’ Home Run Derby

5:45 p.m. – Social hour (Exhibits are open) – beer, wine, other beverages

6:30 p.m. – Dinner and presentation

8:00 p.m. – Events conclude for the evening

9:00 a.m. – Workshops (3)
