Save the Date for Fall 2020 Assembly! |
Greetings from your Province VII Board,
You are all aware that the March 2020 Spring Assembly was canceled because of the pandemic. The pandemic continues to cause issues with travel and gathering of large numbers. To this end, the Province Board met per Zoom call this past Saturday and made the decision to have a virtual Zoom Fall Assembly on October 3, 2020.
There are several reasons to do a Fall meeting instead of waiting until Spring of 2021.
First, we have missed seeing all our wonderful sisters from around the province!
Secondly, next year is the Triennial year and we need to elect officers to take office in September of 2021. Assemblies are also a great time to come together for inspirational speakers and take time for corporate prayer.
Please mark your calendar for Saturday October 3, 2020 from 9am to 12:00. We will hold a virtual Province VII assembly, “Rooted in God’s Love”. We will have a guest speaker, a devotional time, board meeting with election of officers and a closing Eucharist.
More information to come!
